Prof. Victor Chang is a Professor of Business Analytics based at Operations and Information Management, Aston Business School, Aston University UK, since mid-May 2022. He was previously a Professor of Data Science and Information Systems at the School of Computing, Engineering and Digital Technologies, Teesside University, UK, between September 2019 and mid-May 2022. He has deep knowledge and extensive experience in AI-oriented Data Science and has made significant contributions in multiple disciplines. He has been well-established in research, funding and scholarly achievements. Prof Chang is one of the most highly cited researchers apart from being an international leading active scientist with a premier reputation and track records. He worked on every project with details known. He is a highly efficient, effective, organized, responsible and self-disciplined scholar to make things happen. Within 4 years, Prof Chang completed Ph.D. (CS, Southampton) and PGCert (Higher Education, Fellow, Greenwich) while working on several projects at the same time. Before becoming an academic, he achieved 97% on average in 27 IT certifications. He won a 2001 full Scholarship, a European Award on Cloud Migration in 2011, IEEE Outstanding Service Award in 2015, best papers in 2012, 2015 and 2018, the 2016 European award: Best Project in Research, 2016-2018 SEID Excellent Scholar, Suzhou, China, Outstanding Young Scientist award in 2017, 2017 special award on Data Science, 2017-2021 INSTICC Service Awards, Talent Award Suzhou 2019, Top 2% Scientist 2017/2018, 2019/2020 & 2020/2021, the most productive AI-based Data Analytics Scientist between 2010 and 2019, Highly Cited Researcher 2021 and numerous awards mainly since 2011. Prof Chang was involved in different projects worth more than £14 million in Europe and Asia. He has published 3 books as the sole author and the editor of 2 books on Cloud Computing and related technologies. He published 1 book on web development, 1 book on mobile apps and 1 book on Neo4j. He gave 30 keynotes at international conferences. He is widely regarded as one of the most active and influential young scientists and experts in IoT/Data Science/Cloud/security/AI/IS, as he has the experience to develop 10 different services for multiple disciplines. He is the founding conference chair for IoTBDS, COMPLEXIS and FEMIB to build up and foster active research communities globally with positive impacts.

Duc Truong PHAM OBE FREng FLSW FSME FIET FIMechE PhD DEng holds the Chance Chair of Engineering at the University of Birmingham. His research is in the areas of intelligent systems, robotics and autonomous systems and advanced manufacturing and remanufacturing technology. He has published over 600 technical papers and books and has graduated more than 100 PhD students. He is a recipient of several awards including five prizes from the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, a Lifetime Achievement Award from the World Automation Congress and a Distinguished International Academic Contribution Award from the IEEE. He is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, the Learned Society of Wales, the Society for Manufacturing Engineers, the Institution of Engineering and Technology and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. He is the founding editor of the Springer Series in Advanced Manufacturing, the founding editor-in-chief of Cogent Engineering and the editor-in-chief of the International Journal on Interactive Design and Manufacturing.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dimitrios A. Karras received his Diploma and M.Sc. Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), Greece in 1985 and the Ph.D in Electrical Engineering, NTUA, Greece in 1995, with honors. During 1990-2004 he collaborated as visiting professor and researcher with several universities and research institutes in Greece and Heidelberg, Germany (DKFZ). During 2004-2018 he has been with the Sterea Hellas Institute of Technology, Automation Dept., Greece as assoc. prof. in Digital Systems and Signal Processing, as well as visiting prof. of Hellenic Open University, Dept. Informatics in Communication Systems (2002-2010). Since 1/2019 is Associate Prof. in Digital and Intelligent Systems & Signal Processing, in National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece, School of Science, Dept. General as well as adjunct Assoc. Prof. Dr. with the School of Basic Sciences, BIHER University, Chennai, India, as well as with the GLA university, Mathura, India and EPOKA & CIT universities, Computer Engineering Dept., Tirana. He has published more than 80 research refereed journal papers in intelligent and distributed/multiagent systems, pattern recognition, image/signal processing and neural networks as well as in bioinformatics and more than 185 research papers in International refereed scientific Conferences. His research interests span the fields of intelligent & distributed systems, multiagent systems, pattern recognition and computational intelligence, image & signal processing/systems, biomedical systems, communications and networking as well as security and sustainability applications. He has served as program committee member as well as program/general chair at several international workshops and conferences in signal, image, communication and automation systems. He has been cited in more than 2500 research papers, and his H/G-indices are 21/51 (Google Scholar) and his Erdos number is 5. His RG score is 31.94 , in the highest 10% of scientific researchers.

Sérgio Correia (Senior Member IEEE) received his Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Coimbra, Portugal, in 2000, the Master's Degree in Industrial Control and Maintenance Systems from Beira Interior University, Covilhã, Portugal, in 2010, and the Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Coimbra, Portugal, in 2020. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Portalegre, Portugal. He is a Researcher at COPELABS - Cognitive and People-centric Computing Research Center, Lusofona University of Humanities and Technologies, Lisbon, Portugal, and VALORIZA - Research Center for Endogenous Resource Valorization, Polytechnic Institute of Portalegre, Portalegre, Portugal, and has worked with several private companies for more than 20 years. His current research interests are Wireless Sensor Networks, Artificial Intelligence, Soft Computing, Signal Processing, Embedded Systems, and Computer Architectures.

Dr Michael Agyemang Adarkwah is a Research Associate at the Institute for Education and Culture, at the Chair of Adult Education, Friedrich Schiller University Jena, Germany. His habilitation is on the application and implication of learning technologies in adult education in this artificial intelligence (AI) era with a focus on challenges, policy, and best practices. He was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Smart Learning Institute, Beijing Normal University (BNU), China. He obtained his Ph.D. in Education Leadership and Management from Southwest University, China. He has a master’s degree in Educational Administration and Leadership and a bachelor of science degree in Nursing from Valley View University, Ghana. He worked as a Registered Nurse (RGN) in Ghana. He has given keynote speeches on Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education at the University of Portsmouth-Kaplan Symposium, the University of South Africa (UNISA), the University of Ghana, Philippine Normal University (The National Center for Teacher Education) and Mariano Marcos State University (Comparative Education and Students Critical Leadership Society). His research interests are teaching and learning, motivation, assessment, digitalization, computers and education, adult education, special education, online learning, and healthcare education. He has Edited three Springer books on Design in Education, Educational Robotics, and AI in Education (AIED). He is an International Peer Reviewer and serves on the editorial board of multiple journals. He served as a Guest Editor for the International Journal of Smart Technology and Learning. He is an Editor of the book series Assessment of Educational Technology(AET) at Routledge. He is an Associate Editor for SN Social Sciences, the Journal of Applied Learning and Teaching (JALT), and the Journal of University Teaching and Learning Practice (JUTLP).

Dr. Pooja Singh received his Ph.D. degree from Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University). She has experience of 21 years in world’s leading CMMi-5 software multinational companies, research organizations and academic institutes. She is currently Assistant Professor in SIES Graduate School of Technology, Navi Mumbai, and has distinction of working in the field of Image processing, Artificial intelligence, Mathematical Modelling, reliability engineering, safety engineering and other mathematical sciences for to solve the various technical challenges in Nuclear Power Plants. She has an illustrious career and succeeded in several critical jobs assigned to him in his illustrious career, though, each of them was challenging. Her assignments over the years range from design, development, testing, IV&V, related research and site validation of the safety critical computer based systems of Indian Nuclear Power Plants. She has published several research papers in journals of high impact factor like IEEE Transactions, IEEE Computer, ACM, Elsevier, Quality & Reliability International, etc. She is recipient of many awards like prestigious IEEE K. Shankar award, publication award, etc. She has also received IEEE Woman Technologist award. She is a reviewer of several SCI indexed journals of high impact factor, including 14 different IEEE Transactions. She is a life member of Indian Nuclear Society. She has been invited for keynote speeches, and talks in many international IEEE and other conferences. She is a member of editorial board of many reputed journals and guest lead editor of many special issues. She is supervising many PhD students of different reputed institutes. She is actively involved in formation of interdisciplinary Centre of Dependability Engineering at IIT (BHU). She has several international research collaborations. Her research interests are in the area of mathematical modelling, image processing, artificial intelligence, reliability, system design, safety and security of safety critical computer based systems. So far she has completed 8 projects of Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India.

Dr. Chinmay Chakraborty is Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Birla Institute of Technology, Jharkhand, India. His primary areas of research include Wireless Body Area Network, Internet of Medical Things, Energy-Efficient Wireless Communications and Networking, Point-of-Care Diagnosis. Prior to BIT Mesra, he worked at Faculty of Science and Technology, ICFAI University, Tripura, India. He worked as a Research Consultant in Coal India project at Industrial Engineering & Management, IIT Kharagpur, project coordinator in the Indo-US project at IIT Kharagpur, and also worked as a Network Engineer in System Administration at MISPL, India. He received his Ph.D. in Electronics & Communication from BIT Mesra, India. He did his Masters in Telecommunication Engineering from G. S. Sanyal School of Telecommunication, IIT Kharagpur, India. He did his B. Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from MAKAUT (formerly, WBUT), India. He has published more than 30 technical papers in various journals, book, book chapter, and conferences. He has also been an Editor for a book published by a reputed international publisher. He is an Editorial Board Member in Journal of Wireless Communication Technology and also a member of International Advisory Board for Malaysia Technical Scientist Congress, and Machine Intelligence Research Labs. He got Outstanding Researcher Award from TESFA, 2016 and also got Young Faculty Award from VIFA 2018.
